Principal & Founder

Tim grew up outside of Detroit, MI and was fortunate to have family, friends, and mentors who fueled his interest in business at a young age. While attending Arizona State University, he co-founded RedShelf, an education technology platform for higher-education currently adopted by over half of US-based universities.

In 2019, he and his wife, Caitlyn, relocated to Phoenix, AZ and he founded Free Range Proteins, a goat ranching operation near Prescott, AZ. Since then, he served as CFO for a family office, became an adjunct faculty member at ASU, and joined the Board of Virtual Science Teachers.

Caitlyn is a practicing attorney in Phoenix and, prior to law school, danced professionally for several highly respected performing arts companies. Tim and Cait enjoy traveling and spending time outside with their two great danes (Pepper and Skye).
